Required Skills:
- Valid and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license.
- Proven expertise in anesthesia administration across a variety of surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic procedures and advanced anesthetic techniques.
- Familiarity with Medically Supervised, Care Team models.
- Knowledge of multiple surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, GYN, orthopedics, pediatric cases, urology, and vascular.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia related field.
- At least 2 years of anesthesia experience, ideally in a surgical setting supporting multiple ORs.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (3-5 shifts weekly) with some scheduling preferences accommodated.
- All-inclusive CRNA rates preferred, including travel and lodging reimbursement if applicable.
- Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications.
