A confidential healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time, on-site surgical services position in Southern Nevada. The exact worksite will be disclosed during the screening process.
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Shifts begin at 6:30 a.m.
Eight-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts based on surgical volume
No regularly scheduled weekends or on-call responsibilities
Schedule provided approximately 14 days in advance
Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Independently administer general, regional, neuraxial, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage airways, invasive monitoring, fluid therapy, emergence, and recovery
Monitor patient responses and address anesthesia-related complications
Complete accurate preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative documentation
Qualifications
Master's, DNP, or DNAP degree from a COA-approved nurse anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification and unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses from any U.S. state
At least two years of active CRNA experience, including practice within the past six months
Recent general anesthesia and obstetric neuraxial anesthesia experience
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS or ALS, PALS, NRP, and ATLS certifications
