Your Role As a Nurse Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, and help to maintain a safe and clean environment for our patients.
Responsibilities • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families • Assist with vital signs and other medical procedures as needed • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completion of a Nurse Assistant training program or equivalent experience • Current certification as a Nurse Assistant in the state of Connecticut • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
