Walnut Hills is looking for a compassionate and dependable Nurse Assistant to join our Assisted Living team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience caring for older adults while learning from experienced nurses, CNAs, and caregivers.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily living and personal care needs.
• Support residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and other care team members.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow established care and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate support throughout each shift.
