Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers’ Compensation

Orchard Medical Consulting, an IMA Group Company, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to join our team and support injured workers throughout Flagstaff and the surrounding areas.

This is a field-based position and is not a remote-only role. The ideal candidate enjoys getting out into the community, attending medical appointments, collaborating with providers, and independently managing their caseload.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you’ll coordinate medical care and serve as an advocate for injured workers throughout their recovery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attend medical appointments with injured workers throughout the Flagstaff area
• Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, adjusters, and other stakeholders
• Monitor treatment plans, medical progress, and return-to-work goals
• Identify barriers to recovery and help facilitate timely solutions
• Provide objective clinical assessments and case management documentation
• Promote appropriate, medically supported treatment and positive claim outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with medical providers and clients
• Independently manage your caseload and schedule while meeting required deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Flagstaff and surrounding areas
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field schedule

Preferred:

• Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience
• Field Case Management experience
• CCM certification
• Background in Orthopedics, Trauma, ER, ICU, Rehabilitation, Neurology, Occupational Health, or similar specialties
