As our Registered Nurse, you will work with our Behavioral Health Team providing nursing assessment and case management. You will support complex care for patients, engage in client advocacy and contribute to the plan of care that helps clients to reach healthy outcomes.

Job Profile:

What You Get to Do:

• Assist providers with direct patient care and case coordination.
• Promote awareness of our services and support entry into care, including services for substance use treatment.
• Provide nursing support outside of the clinic in designated collaborating organizations such as Home Health Care, TGTHR, All Roads, and Safehouse.
• Triage patients and evaluate immediate treatment.
• Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.

What We Need for this Job:

• Current Colorado RN license.
• Desire to work the full scope of your RN license.
• Openness to receive feedback and a willingness to learn.
• Strong initiative to assist your team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5pm, 40 hours a week. No nights or weekends.

Compensation: $34.70 - $43.95/hour. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
