Duties: The Nurse Case Manager - Outcome ("NCM") is an integral member of Axiom's Nursing Department ("Nursing"). The NCM will play a key role in performing telephonic medical case management for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses according to Axiom's Standards Guidelines, applicable Nursing Directives and the Workers' Compensation Operations and Procedure Manual. The NCM will be accountable for providing first aid recommendations to injured employees, keeping detailed records on employee injuries and communications, recording all necessary information in Axiom's database, interacting with medical facilities throughout the recovery process when medical treatment is indicated, and properly communicating any pertinent/necessary information with Axiom's clients. Additionally, the NCM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Nurse Case Manager Team Manager.

Qualifications: The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 5 years with a focus on acute injury, triage management, critical care or related fields. Previous nurse case management or telephonic case management experience is preferred. Active RN or BSN license in good standing - required.
