Job Summary

Job Summary

Coordinate nursing team of LVNs to provide direct nursing services to special education schools / classrooms operated by the county office, train personnel to do specialized health care procedures, liaison between parent, school, medical, and social service providers, participate in I.E.P. meetings, implement state mandated programs, assess and interpret the health and development status of students, refer as necessary, perform vision / hearing / scoliosis and dental screenings, and advise / monitor illness situations with students.
