We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV Certification to join our fast-paced Rehabilitation Unit. Our team is committed to providing exceptional post-acute and rehabilitative care, helping patients recover and return to their highest level of independence.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to short-term rehabilitation and post-acute patients.
- Perform assessments and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge goals.
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
- IV Certification required for LPN applicants.
- Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
