How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead a culture of clinical excellence by mentoring your team and providing the strategic counsel necessary to improve daily effectiveness and patient outcomes.
  • Optimize departmental operations to ensure we deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that aligns with our long-term productivity and service goals.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by assessing departmental performance and refining workflows to exceed both clinical and contractual standards.
  • Cultivate an engaging work environment that prioritizes staff retention and high employee morale, directly translating into patient satisfaction.
  • Identify and champion growth opportunities through collaborative partnerships and internal marketing initiatives to expand the reach of our services.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
  • Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
    required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license is required 
  • Previous experience in memory care is highly preferred
