Nurse Director of Surgical Services

Position: Nurse (RN) Director of Surgical Services Location: Las Vegas, NVShifts/Schedule: Days | Full-Time | No WeekendsWhat You’ll Do in the Role:The Director of Surgical Services high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing- Required
• Master's Degree – Highly preferred
• MUST have 1+ years of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience
• MUST have 3+ years applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $123K - $185K/year (Based on years of experience)
• Incentive Bonus: 17.5% potential
• Sign on bonus: Yes, Case by case
• Relocation: Yes, Case by case
