Our resident care team makes a positive impact in the lives of our seniors as we provide quality services and a friendly smile daily. This is a leadership role at The Bridge at Valley View, offering assisted living as part of the Garden Plaza of Valley View campus in Boise, Idaho.
Role works closely with our General Manager and leads our caregiving team.
Ideal Candidate as NURSING DIRECTOR (RN):
Nursing degree (RN) from accredited program
Active state nursing license
Patient-centered care
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Enjoys serving seniors
Excellent customer service and hospitality
Trustworthy, dependable, professional
Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
Tasks to Serve Residents as NURSING DIRECTOR (RN):
Leads, trains and supports team of Med Techs and Care Aides.
Works closely with families.
Keeps community survey-ready.
Administer medications.
