The Providence Center Extended Hours Nurse Per Diem will coordinate services for CCBHC consumers to minimize stressors and to facilitate the reduction of psychiatric and substance abuse disorder symptoms. Encourage CCBHC consumers to attain the highest possible levels of independence through providing outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community.
Note: the Extended Hours Per Diem positions are eligible for current TPC Employees with a minimum six months of employment.
Extended hours schedule: Monday through Friday 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:30, and Holidays. This position requires 1 Weekend Day per Month and 1 Holiday a year.
Duties & Responsibilities:Experience working with psychiatric/mental health patients and substance use treatment preferred.
