Home Health Nurses Needed!

Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated nurses to provide high-quality in-home care. As a Home Health Nurse, you’ll deliver individualized care, support patient independence, and build meaningful relationships with those you serve.

We are currently adding to our team so that we can provide medication administration and assistance with ambulation for a senior female in her home.  We will be providing 24 hour care to the patient.  Shifts will be 12 hours.  7-7.

As a Home Health Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
  • Assist RN in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments 
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

A few must-haves for Home Health Nurses:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active nursing license in Kansas
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
