- Permanent Position
- Night Shift, 3 12-hour shifts, 8 pm to 8:30 am
- Four weekend shifts per month
- Competitive hourly rate: $44-$49/hr
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Colorado (CO).
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 4 or more years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Nurse House Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring efficient and effective unit operations, including managing supplies and staffing adjustments as needed.
- Directly supervising nursing team performance of duties.
- Conducting monthly audits and checklists to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensuring unit compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements, including reviewing and following up on incident reports.
- Serving as a resource and primary point of contact for clinical questions, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting teammates with patient care responsibilities, including milieu and crisis management.
- Providing direct patient care as necessary.
- Ensuring teammate compliance with competencies, training, and education in conjunction with the nurse educator.
