Nurse Implementation Specialist

LOCATION:  Cincinnati or Indianapolis

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in implementation, clinical support, training, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in healthcare environments or with clinical workflows is a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver standardized trainings and in-services clearly and confidently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet documentation deadlines (e.g., within 24–48 hours)
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in clinical documentation and adherence to standard materials
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal partners
• Ability to follow structured processes while developing independent judgment over time

Execution & Learning Agility

• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
• Comfortable working under guidance while building foundational skills
• Ability to absorb feedback and apply it to improve performance

Problem Solving & Communication

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
• Clear and concise communicator, especially when reporting challenges or risks
• Ability to anticipate needs and prepare proactively as experience grows

Additional Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75–90%)
