OCCUPATIONAL LPN FUNCTION: The Occupational LPN will need be currently licensed as an LPN to practice in the state of Arizona, is responsible for direct care of employees according to medical directives, policies/procedures and physicians standing orders and within the scope of practice and regulations of the State Nursing Practice Act. Directs, administers, and evaluates site occupational health service department with professional expertise and administrative leadership.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Facilitate employee’s medical care to optimize quality of treatment and early recovery process.
HOURS: 4:00PM - 12:30AM
Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to carry, lift and maneuver first aid response bag (weighting between 15-20 lbs.), back board, stretcher,
