Responsibilities include
Supervision of MA/Receptionist staff
Oversee detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record.
Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
Assist with complex procedures such as IV infusion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans
Conduct patient education on medication management, and instructions to promote ongoing health and wellness.
Qualifications
Valid MA licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Experience working in primary care welcomed but not required
Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
Experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, medication administration
Excellent communication skills
