SUMMARY

The Long Term Structured Residential (LTSR) Nurse assists with assessment of resident physical and mental health needs and medical interventions for the treatment plan. Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, and maintaining medication documentation information.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma (or GED).

Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program to obtain licensure.

Experience

1 year of experience in mental health and physical settings preferred.

Certifications & Licenses

Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
