We are seeking a Nurse LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Complete Medical Intakes
Provide basic patient care and treatment
Collaborate with psychiatrist and RN to prescribe medications
Complete Nursing Screens
Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Conduct medication counts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be licensed
