Role Description The Nurse (LPN / RN) will provide direct patient care in an on-site setting in Leominster, MA, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, support care planning, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management. Additional duties may include assisting with admission and discharge processes, maintaining infection control standards, and responding to emergencies. This is a full-time role.\n
Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Massachusetts and current BLS/CPR certification.
