Make a Difference Every Day as a Residential Nurse
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 4:00pm-8:00pm (Wednesday 8:00am-12:00pm). 20 hours weekly.
As a Residential Nurse, you'll play a key role in supporting the health and wellness of residents in our Transitional Services program. You'll provide compassionate nursing care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and help create a safe, supportive environment that fosters hope, stability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring residents' physical and mental health
- Manage medications safely and accurately, including documentation, controlled substances, and patient education
- Coordinate care with staff, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Observe and report changes in resident condition and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures and provide guidance to new staff on protocols
- Participate in team and leadership meetings, and support a positive, mission-driven care environment
- Engage with residents through individual or group activities to promote wellness and skill development
- Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting equipment or residents when needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School/GED required
- Practical Nursing certificate or Associate/Bachelor''s degree in Nursing required
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- LPN, RN, or GPN/GN - must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
