Nurse - LPN

LPN Position at Clarvida

Join our team as an LPN working with medically specialized children involved in the child welfare system. Your role includes conducting assessments, coordinating medications, educating and advocating for families, and referring children/youth to community medicaland psychiatric treatments. You will stay involved with your clients to maintain treatment coordination and connect with them monthly via telehealth and quarterly through in-person visits. Perks of this role:

• Part time, evenings and weekends

Does the following apply to you?

• Illinois LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Preferred: Experience providing services to children, youth, and families
• Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance. If relocating to Illinois – IL driver's license MUST be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire
