Duties Responsibilities Assure quality care for medical/surgical patients Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation Oversee human resource development, including training and performance management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina. Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience Supervisory Experience required Masters degree required within three (3) years of date of hire.If the Masters Degree is not in nursing thenBSN is required with a Masters Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO. Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required. Continues to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, clinical development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
