This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-acuity, rapidly expanding cardiovascular program spanning Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), Non-Invasive Cardiology, and the Cardiac Pre/Post Unit (CPPU), while advancing Novant Health’s mission to deliver the most remarkable patient experience—in every dimension, every time.

As a highly visible leader (spending approximately 50% of your time on the unit), you’ll mentor and support your team in real time while driving operational excellence, engagement, and exceptional patient care across multiple cardiovascular specialties. You’ll partner closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiovascular leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes, optimize patient throughput, and enhance both the patient and team member experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence cardiovascular strategy at a system level through participation in the Cardiovascular Advisory Council.

This is your opportunity to lead in a cutting-edge environment, make a meaningful impact across a broad cardiovascular platform, and grow your career—offering competitive compensation and benefits, access to Novant Health’s Future Forward Program (supporting advanced certifications and continued education), and the chance to shape the future of cardiovascular care within one of the region’s leading healthcare organizations.
