    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Registered Nurse leader will oversee daily operations, support a collaborative team, and drive excellence in patient care. Our leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. The manger will oversee approximately 98 FTEs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
    • Monitor quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance.
    • Implement evidence-based practices and performance improvement initiatives.
    • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.
    • Experience in leading change management and process improvement.
    • Experience with lean principles.
    • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Qualifications:
    • Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • 3 5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
