Nurse Manager – Emergency Room (ER) | Overland Park, KS | $120K
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager of Emergency Room (ER) to lead a high-performing Emergency Department in Overland Park, KS. This role is ideal for a strong ER Nurse Leader with a background in emergency nursing, staff leadership, and clinical operations.
What You'll Do:

Oversee daily ER operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ER nurses and clinical staff

Drive patient safety, quality improvement, and throughput efficiency

Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and hospital standards

Manage department budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and hospital leadership
What We're Looking For:

Active Kansas RN license (or compact)

3+ years of ER / Emergency Department leadership experience

Strong background in high-acuity emergency care and trauma

Proven success in team leadership and operational management
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
