Job Details

Lead and supervise nursing care delivery on an assigned unit or shift, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Oversee daily patient care operations to ensure treatments, services, and clinical activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Manage staffing assignments and coordinate nursing resources to maintain quality care and operational excellence.

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in accordance with state regulations.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
CRRN certification required within one year of becoming eligible.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
Minimum five years of nursing experience, including at least two recent years in an inpatient hospital setting, with prior leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, or similar supervisory role.
