Salary: $106,412.80 - $157,684.80/annually

Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department
  
• Assures that each patient on the unit has a comprehensive care plane that is individualized to meet his/her needs
  
• Nurse Manager will work with Chief Nursing Officer and individual staff to develop educational goals and competencies for all assigned to the unit
  

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Minnesota Board of Nursing.
  
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a formal leadership role (e.g. charge nurse, team lead, assistant manager, nurse manager)
  
• Looking for a leader in the Med Surg Department
