Overview: Responsible for daily operations of an assigned nursing unit to include quality improvement, financial performance and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)
  1. Assumes responsibility for productivity and budgetary requirements.
  2. Ensures patient satisfaction by supervising and evaluating the caliber of treatment and care of the patient.
  3. Manages staff to ensure quality clinical outcome measures.
  4. Provides clinical oversight to assigned patient population to include staff's competency and assignments.
Qualifications: JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)

  • Thorough knowledge of clinical assessment and medical equipment.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelors Nursing Required
  • 4 Healthcare/Medical - Nurse: Staff Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
