Nursing Manager – NICU – Los Angeles County
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Position Highlights
Manage a 49-bed Level III NICU in a Magnet-recognized hospital
Oversee nursing services to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards
Supervise and develop staff while managing department operations
Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes
Full-time evening shift (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Qualifications
California RN license
BLS, NRP
RNC-NIC (within 6 months of hire)
BSN or MSN required
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience (Level III+)
Minimum 1 years of NICU management or supervisory experience (e.g., Charge RN, Clinical Coordinator, ANM). (Relief Charge Nurse experience does not qualify)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 per year
10% sign-on bonus
Up to 15% annual performance-based bonus
