The Nurse Manager - PACU provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for PACU and AMSU Units. This role maintains accountability for the coordination and delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards governing PACU and AMSU services.
The Nurse Manager fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through staff development, education, and role modeling. Utilizing their expertise, the Nurse Manager ensures seamless, coordinated care for patients as they move through the PACU and AMSU Units.
