A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, support nursing teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with strong operational, staff development, and patient care management experience.
Oversee daily clinical and operational activities within the department
Develop staffing plans and ensure appropriate coverage to support patient care needs
Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
Support, mentor, and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance management
Promote compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture focused on patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement
Coordinate patient care activities and support effective transitions of care
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with resource allocation, equipment management, and operational planning
Monitor departmental performance metrics and quality initiatives
Support budget management and responsible resource utilization
Promote employee engagement and professional development
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous clinical nursing experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment
