Key Responsibilities:
Direct the clinical and operational activities of Labor & Delivery, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and daily unit performance
Drive patient safety, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and evidence-based maternal care initiatives
Lead, coach, mentor, and retain nursing teams while supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and culturally responsive care while maintaining regulatory and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
BSN required, or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years
Active Washington RN License
Current AHA BLS Certification
Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of Charge RN, Supervisory, or Management experience in Labor & Delivery
