Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a high-performing clinical team within a top-tier hospital setting. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving quality, patient safety, and team development.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations, staffing, and clinical performance of the unit

  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with hospital and Magnet standards

  • Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting retention

  • Manage staffing plans, budgets, and productivity

  • Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes

  • Implement performance improvement initiatives and track key metrics

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

  • Act as a change agent and lead through innovation and best practices


What You Bring

  • Active New York RN License

  • BSN required

  • BLS required (ACLS preferred or required based on department)

  • Prior leadership or Nurse Manager experience

  • Strong background in staff development, operations, and performance improvement

  • Certification (CNML or specialty) preferred or willing to obtain within 3 years
