Nurse Manager (RN) – Skilled Nursing | Consistent Schedule

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) to support clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers a blend of direct patient care and team leadership in a structured, well-supported environment.

Compensation: $37-$45/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide nursing care and oversee unit activity

• Lead RN, LPN, and Nursing Assistant staff during your shift

• Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker on-site

• Ensure care delivery meets regulatory and facility standards

• Support and guide resident care planning

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Prior charge or leadership experience is a plus
