Job Details

The Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab, and Special Procedures. The Nurse Manager promotes a culture of safety, quality, patient-centered care, employee engagement, shared governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This role partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to advance the organization's mission, Journey to Magnet, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Manager Competencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services
• At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.

Salary Range

USD $133,870.00 - USD $160,165.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
