Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
