We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses with 2+ years of clinical hospital experience to work in Pager Health's Command Center. \n \nNurse Navigators work 4 days per week (rotating days). Every other weekend required.   \n \nWe have a variety of shifts available, which will be determined during the interview process.  \n \nAn active compact unencumbered RN license in the state that your reside is required for this position. \n \nThe core objective of the Triage RN, Nurse Navigator is to use technology to build trust and triage patients to the right care at the right time while providing an exceptional virtual care experience through empathic communication. \n \nResponsibilities for the Triage RN, Nurse Navigator: \n\n Provide exceptional customer service and virtual care by communicating with patients via live messaging, video, phone, and/or email \n Document within EMR \n Follow and apply clinically validated triage protocols \n Ensure the highest quality customer service for patients and providers \n Complete basic nursing responsibilities, outpatient testing, medications, etc. \n Troubleshoot technology with patients \n Work to ensure a seamless patient call center experience \n Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and any aspect of patient care \n Work on projects that will optimize operational efficiency and improve the patient's telemedicine experience \n Assist in identifying technology needs that improve patient experience \n Additional projects as assigned \n \nCandidate Profile for the Triage RN, Nurse Navigator: \n\n 2+ years of clinical hospital experience; within the ICU or ER highly preferred \n An active compact unencumbered RN license \n Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)\n Bilingual and able to communicate in both English and Spanish is a major plus\n Ability to give and receive actionable feedback\n Passionate about patient care and triage\n Enjoy helping others\n Ability to use critical thinking when presented with new and challenging situations\n Relish solving problems, seeking out answers, and trying new things\n Kind, empathetic and possess a strong social perceptiveness\n Positive, energetic, and fun! \n Outstanding multitasking skills\n Enthusiasm and savviness for new technology\n Mastery of oral and written language along with strong typing skills\n Ability to assess and communicate with patients via a text-based platform\n Flexible and fast learner, comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment\n Eager to challenge the status quo of traditional healthcare\n* Detail oriented and an organized self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills\n \nFor Colorado, Nevada, and New York-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00 per hour plus shift differentials.
