Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/ physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and be dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services. As a Nurse Practitioner/ PA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your advanced nursing skills and expertise to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Duties:


  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as necessary.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and other advanced practice nurses, to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Perform procedures such as dialysis, ventilator management, and specimen collection and processing.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
  • Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve healthcare services.
  • Provide patient education and support in the operating room setting.
Experience:


  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ PA in the state of IN.
  • Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • NEW GRADUATES without experience will also be considered.

Pay:
From $125,000.00 per year Full Time  (40 Hrs/week)
Expected hours: 
25 PT – 40 FT
