Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Qualifications
  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in CA
  • Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty)
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
  • New graduates welcome to apply (if applicable)

Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient clinic setting
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare, Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
