Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ
REQUIRED: Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
REQUIRED: Active Medication Management with Prescriptive Authority Certification
6 months' to 1+ years' Nurse Practitioner experience Preferred
You would describe yourself as a Self-Motivated, Friendly/Positive, Professional who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
You have a PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
You are an Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
You bring exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-through, attention to detail & accuracy
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
