Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services within outpatient clinic settings
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of conditions
  • Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Support preventative care and chronic disease management initiatives
  • Ensure quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license required
  • Family Practice or Primary Care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
  • EMR/EHR experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with provider teams
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
