Nurse Practitioner

In addition, this job also applies advanced knowledge/clinical skills necessary to assess/manage the healthcare of chronically ill geriatric participants in the StayWell Senior Care Program. Masters Degree in Clinical Nursing from accredited Nurse Practitioner program. RN NP licensure in NC and certification from nurse practitioner program. 5-7 years nursing experience with 3 years experience as Nurse Practitioner; and one year of experience with a frail or elderly population preferred.
