Core responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

- Conducting new admissions to the facility<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/span> - Checking in with patients who have acute issues and establishing a follow -up plan<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Reaching an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients' medical history<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Prescribing and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests to obtain information for underlying infections or abnormalities<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Prescribing medication and drugs<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/span> - Cultivating a climate of trust and compassion for patients with patients, family members, and the medical team<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span> - Valid NP license in the state of Vermont<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
- Excellent communication skills<\/span><\/span>
