Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual)

**Relocation Assistance Provided**

Compensation: $127K - $135K per year

Employment Type: Full-Time | Flexible options; choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts | No weekends


A community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an average daily volume of 17–21 patients (depending on shift length), performing physical exams, diagnosing acute/chronic conditions, and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate daily with on-site Physicians and specialists (Dental, BH) to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with quality and productivity metrics.
  • Patient Advocacy: Utilize bilingual skills to provide culturally competent care and education to Spanish-speaking patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing program.
  • Current, valid NP license in good standing.
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, collaborative outpatient setting.
  • Experience in a community-based or group practice setting preferred
