Bilingual Nurse Practitioner — English/Spanish Required
Full-Time | On-Site | San Antonio, Texas

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in San Antonio. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
This on-site role focuses on providing comprehensive care to patients with diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, obesity, and related metabolic conditions.
You will assess, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients while collaborating with physicians, nutrition professionals, health coaches, and medical assistants. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, compassionate, comfortable with technology, and passionate about serving culturally diverse and underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage diabetes and related chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with Texas regulations.
• Monitor patient outcomes, glycemic control, and treatment adherence.
• Educate and motivate patients regarding nutrition, lifestyle, medications, and self-management.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and support quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility before the start date.
• National certification as an FNP, AGNP, or relevant advanced practice specialty.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice preparation.
• Experience in primary care, endocrinology, diabetes management, or chronic disease care.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology.
