Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Job Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job type: Full-time
Work setup: Onsite
Compensation range: $120k - $160k

Job Description
Tasks-
Primary care via telehealth
Video calls with patients

Qualifications-
Must be a licensed NP in NY
Must have ECW experience
Must have Medicaid and Medicare numbers
Primary care experience is a plus
Telehealth experience is a plus
Geriatric patient experience is a plus
