We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is a flexible opportunity offering both 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, with 1099 options available.

Schedule Options:

• 12-hour shifts available (preferred)

• 8-hour shifts also available

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

• Provide urgent care and primary care services

• Educate patients on health management and prevention

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) license – New York

• 1+ year of NP experience required

• Experience in urgent care or primary care preferred

• Strong clinical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and patient care approach
