Required Skills:
- Prior experience as a Cardiovascular APP supporting inpatient teams
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage inpatient rounds, consults, and assist cardiologists effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced cardiac procedures or interventions
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and multidisciplinary teams
- Bilingual capabilities in relevant languages
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in North Carolina
- NC DEA license
- 2+ years of inpatient cardiology experience supporting cardiology teams
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active NC license and NC DEA
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including occasional weekends and 7-on/7-off rotation
- Willingness to support inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
